How Long Does Delivery Take?

All our items are sent via 2nd class delivery which means they should reach you within 3-5 working days however, this being said, you should bare in mind there can be factors outside of our control or issues with the courier that could impact the actual delivery day.

We aim to have all orders ready to dispatch within 24 hours. If there are any delays with this such as the item is out of stock then we will contact you to make you aware of the delay at which point you can choose to opt for a refund or to wait for the items to be dispatched.

Rest assured we have all required insurances in place including Public Liability. That being said we send our items via 2nd class signed for, this means when the item is delivered to you it is recorded and we get notified you have signed for it. In the event items go missing in the post we will endeavour to resend your order at no extra cost to you once we have completed queries with the courier.

If you want to send something to someone as a gift then you can use their address as the delivery address for your order.

We don’t offer a gift wrapping service so the goods will arrive just like a normal order. You might want to give the lucky person a warning so they know to expect a parcel!

In the unlikely event that there’s a problem with the order, we won’t be able to discuss any details with the recipient of the parcel. We can only discuss order and account information with the registered account holder for the account the order was placed on.

Where Is My Order?

If your order has been sent to you via a trackable service then we will have sent you a tracking code via your account or email. If your item is not tracked you can still check its status by doing the following:

  1. Sign in to Your Account 
  2. Click on “My Orders”
  3. You will now see a list of all your previous orders with the most recent at the very top.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to change the address on your order once it has been confirmed. However, when the courier contacts you regarding your delivery they will provide certain options that you can make to your delivery eg. leave with a neighbour

Once your order has been despatched, if you’re not in when a delivery is attempted, our courier will text/email you advising how to arrange a redelivery or arrange pick up of your parcel.

First thing to do is checkout your account for the latest updates. Our couriers do their best to get your order delivered to you by the expected delivery date, but occasionally things can take a little longer than expected, especially during busy times.
